Bass Alternative Learning Center
At the ALC, we serve the needs of students in grades 9 to 12 who have been expelled from their school, or remanded to attend the ALC through the district discipline process.
While they are studying at Bass ALC, students receive core instruction and STEAM focused classes, and work with a variety of service personnel to help ensure a successful next step, whether it is a return to their zone school or a different educational placement.
Our staff partners with the parent/guardian, school of zone, the Academy at Old Cockrill, and other community stakeholders to develop the best educational plan for the student.
