Transitions at Bass

A Bridge to Graduation

The Transitions program serves 3rd and 4th year high school students who may be over age and under-credited. The program's goal is to help students meet state graduation requirements so they can graduate with their peers. If students cannot graduate with their class, Transitions helps them enroll in the Adult High School or the Academy at Old Cockrill.

Enrollment at Transitions at Bass

Families should begin the conversation with their student's school counselor and Academy principal. They will review transcripts with families and help begin the process to withdraw from the zoned school and enroll at Transitions.

Credits Needed for Graduation

Students need 22 credits to graduate from high school. The MNPS Personalized Student Dashboard, available in the Campus Portal, provides individualized student information for families.
